Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA)

Note: At this time the TIFA Board does not have a plan in place, but still meets as required.

The purpose of the Tax Increment Finance Authority is to encourage economic development activity through the use of tax increment finance funding, where other funds are not available or sufficient to meet this purpose. Meets third Tuesday at 4:00pm.
